Buffalo Tank @ Slack Space

Current exhibition

The Buffalo Tank Fishpaste exhibition 27 July – 20 August

Open Wed – Sat 11am – 6pm

The Buffalo Tank is a modern day ark situated in an old Victorian warehouse at the Hythe, Colchester.

A modern day ark collecting independent thoughts and skills to produce images, physical structure, sounds and media content, by coalition, projecting out into the community.

Non funded and independent for the past 5 years allows it a freedom of expression and experimentation rarely afforded elsewhere.

It is home to 14 resident artists and oddballs and houses full workshops, ceramics labs, creative spaces and recording studios.

A group of slightly odd, independent, starving, unfunded artists taking their art from one building and putting it in another........
